The Swingline™ DX18-13 is a cross cut shredder. This Swingline™ shredder has a security level-3 configuration – which makes Swingline™ DX18-13 ideal for departmental use. This cross cut shredder shreds paper, optical media, credit cards, staples, and paper clips. Swingline™ DX18-13 has a 10 inch wide throat size. This Swingline™ shredder has a shred speed of 16 feet per minute.
The Swingline™ DX18-13 shredder can shred continuously owing to its Jam Free™ technology. This cross cut shredder blinks and pauses shredding in case its paper capacity exceeds. This Jam Free™ shredder features thermal overload protection. Swingline™ DX18-13 can thus operate without overheating. The DX18-13 Jam Free™ shredder reduces energy costs by automatically going into sleep mode.
The Swingline™ DX18-13 shredder uses a wire-frame waste bin configuration. This Jam Free™ shredder can thus utilize both paper and plastic bags.
